I studied psychology in the United Kingdom and am currently in training to become a family therapist. In my personal life, family, nature, and everyday little joys are important to me. I enjoy spending time outdoors, practicing yoga, and sharing quiet moments with my cats. They often remind me of the importance of slowing down — and they definitely help me practice patience, too.
- In individual therapy, we focus on what's happening in your life right now. Together, we look at patterns, emotions, and challenges — with respect for your past and care for your future.
- Couples therapy supports partners who feel stuck, disconnected, or in conflict.
- In family therapy, we explore how the family functions as a whole. Each member gets space to be heard, and together we work toward more connection and healthier dynamics.
- I conduct couples and family therapy with the help of co-therapist. Together we work on communication, trust, and deeper understanding in your relationship.
